My name is La’El Livingston, owner of Livingston Properties. I started this company with the community in mind. We wanted to build something different from other property management companies — a company that truly cares about both property owners and tenants.
At Livingston Properties, we believe strong communication, honesty, and genuine care make all the difference. When people feel respected and valued, they take better care of the homes and properties they live in. Our goal is to protect our owners’ investments while creating positive experiences and well-maintained communities for our tenants. So far, we are proud to say that approach is working, and we continue to grow by putting people first.
Steven, Owner/Maintenance
Steven Livingston brings dedication, leadership, and a strong work ethic to Livingston Properties. Before joining the company full-time, Steven spent 13 years as a helicopter pilot, building a career that required responsibility, precision, and commitment. He ultimately chose to step away from his flying career to be home with his family and help grow Livingston Properties into the community-focused company it is today.
Steven shares the same vision of putting people first and believes that strong communication, honesty, and genuine care create better experiences for both owners and tenants. His background, professionalism, and commitment to the community continue to play a major role in the success and growth of Livingston Properties.
